I didn't receive my product, what should I do?

In this case, the first step is to use your order's tracking code to find out where it is. Three delivery attempts will be made to your address registered at the time of purchase. However, if the postman is unable to complete the delivery due to the recipient's absence or for any other reason, the product may be available for collection at the Post Office where the Post Office provides it or it will be returned to our International Distribution Center.

If the order is listed as delivered on the official Post Office website, contact the Post Office closest to you, taking your tracking code and photo ID. And ask for a signature on receipt, and if necessary, the location where it was delivered.

Only the Post Office can give you this information.

If this happens, this fee will be paid by FOOTERZ, and the order will return to the normal delivery route.
