After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared and collected within 1 to 3 business days. You will then receive updates on the progress of your purchase via email and WhatsApp, including shipping information such as the tracking code and the link to track your order.

All orders have a tracking code that can be tracked via the Track Order page once it is available.

When the tracking code is sent to your email and WhatsApp registered during the purchase, you will be able to track your order first through our official Track Order website. This is because all orders are shipped from outside Brazil, with international tracking.

Therefore, we ask that you wait a few days after boarding the plane for tracking to be available on the Correios website and for you to be able to track the delivery on both websites.

The estimated delivery time is:

• Free shipping: 7 to 18 business days after order is posted.
• Express shipping: 5 to 12 business days after order is posted.

The South, Southeast and Central-West regions may receive payment faster than the North and Northeast regions.

All products are imported directly from our partner factories abroad, such as China, Sweden and the United States. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as delays, strikes or orders taxed by Brazilian Customs, the maximum delivery time may extend up to 45 business days.

If the deadlines mentioned above are exceeded, the customer may receive a refund in the same way used to make the purchase on the website.

By choosing Express Shipping, the customer will have priority over other orders with Free Shipping. This means that the order will be prepared and collected by the international logistics company more quickly, reducing the postage and delivery time.

If your order is returned to sender, it is usually due to incorrect address information or failure to pick up the order at the Post Office within the 7-day time frame. In this case, the order will be reshipped upon receipt at our international factory with the corrected address information.

Customers are exempt from additional fees, only the amount paid on the Footerz official website.
