When is it possible to cancel?

As stipulated by article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and cancel the transaction within a period of up to seven calendar days from receipt of the product.

Additionally, it is only possible to cancel an order on the same day it was placed, up until the closing time of the Footerz Store (Monday to Friday until 5:30 pm / Saturday until 12:00 pm). Cancellation requests will not be accepted on Sundays and holidays.

When an order has already been separated and collected by Logistics, cancellation can only be carried out after receipt of the order.

These are the maximum refund deadlines, which may occur earlier depending on bank approval (in the case of credit cards). All information about the deadlines is also present in the refund letter.

Refunding a purchase made with a credit card is the responsibility of the issuing bank. Appmax provides all the information necessary for the refund, which is made within 7 business days. However, compensation of the amount, according to the acquirer's standards, can take 30 to 90 days, although it usually occurs before this period.

Proof of reimbursement will be sent via WhatsApp, if made.

Any cancellation request must be in accordance with the Footerz Store Cancellation Policy as set out by Law in Art. 49 of the CDC.
